The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine on Non-Profit Organizations Matters"

The Bill (Reg.№4563) envisages the amendments to the Laws "On Taxation of the Enterprises Income", "On Agricultural Cooperation", "On Farming" that determine the agricultural service cooperations as non-profitable organizations and presuppose certain actions on the state support.

According to the Members of the Committee the adoption of the Bill would facilitate the effective functioning of the agricultural cooperations, formation of the extra working places on the agricultural territory, improving of the social protection of the rural citizen etc.
